We are a well established contracting company. We have been trading in excess of 40 years and over that period have built up an extensive and varied portfolio including Public Bodies, Local Authorities, Utilities Companies, Major Building Contractors, Developers, Schools, Local Builders and both Public and Private Companies. We also contract to the general public if the works are of a size to allow us to be competitive.

 

We supply and install all types of fencing, gates and physical security products.

Gates can be  swing, cantilever,  or tracked and if necessary with facilities to receive powered access systems and auto controls. We specialise in temporary site protection i.e. timber hoarding, block and mesh panels again with gates to match. Our operation includes a range of minor civils works i.e. brickwork, paving, ducting concrete cills  and beams etc. which enables us to provide clients with a more comprehensive service.

 

 

As an independent contracting company we are in a position to supply clients with the best possible fencing solution to suit their needs and as we are not tied to any one manufacturer this gives the usability to provide the most cost effective and efficient fencing systems. We can provide clients with ‘off the shelf’ or bespoke systems tailored to suit individual requirements. Our in house steel fabrication shop enhances our ability to provide this service.

 

Our mobile welding gangs enable us to provide clients with a site repair service both of a temporary and permanent nature. We specialise in gate repair work providing ‘as new’ refurbished gates where possible, thereby saving clients the financial burden of total renewal costs.

 

Our normal area of operation extends to approximately 80 – 100miles radius of our depot at Romford, Essex, however we are in a position to work countrywide if fencing packages are of a size to enable us to be competitive.

We are a ‘Licensed Waste Carrier’ and as such can provide assurances to clients that disposals are carried out to comply with all current legislations. Environmental and recycling issues are a priority for us and every effort is made to salvage redundant materials where possible.

 

Another priority of ours is ‘Health & Safety’ not just for our own workforce but also for our clients and general public. Our policies and procedures are constantly updated reviewed and monitored. Our training procedures are extensive. All operatives hold the appropriate ‘CSCS’ cards and all necessary task related training and qualifications, and as a matter of course are trained in the use of cable avoidance equipment, and safe digging methods. All our operatives are ‘CRB’ checked as is required under current legislation for working in school environments, and other sensitive and vulnerable establishments.

 

We hold full ‘Public Liability Insurance’ cover with a £5 Million limit of indemnity and employers liability with £10 Million of indemnity. We are currently registered holders of a

‘CIS 5’  tax deduction certificate. We are full members of ‘The Fencing Contractors Association’ also ‘Constructionline’ registered. We have achieved ‘Gold Standard’ commitment to the construction skills certification scheme and are members of the ‘Havering Chamber of Commerce’.
