Underground Service
The Havering Fencing Company are aware that damage to underground services has the potential to inflict serious injury or death, and the cost of repairs and inconvenience to consumers without power or gas can be immeasurable.
The Havering Fencing Company operates a system of checks and information gathering to negate the possibility of damaging services during our work.
- We have the technology to obtain access to most providers’ service drawings.
- All of our operatives carry and are trained to operate cable avoidance tools.
- All operatives are trained in excavation techniques.
- We operate a “process for excavation” on our sites.
- All gangs carry necessary P.P.E. for the task and equipment to deal with incidents.
