Training
The Havering Fencing Company operate an "in house" company induction scheme for all new employees and sub-contractors. Full in "house training" is given in:-
- Site Operation
- Risk Assessment
- Service Drawings
- Cable Avoidance
- Vehicle Safety
- Emergency First Aid
- Environmental Awareness
- Equality & Diversity
Each employee then receives all necessary task training which can include:-
- P.A.S.M.A.
- M.E.W.P.
- Abrasive Wheel
- Plant Operation
- Hot Works
The Havering Fencing Company also has operatives trained to enter and work on the ‘Electricity Network’ up to 132KV. This training includes much more intensive Health & Safety instruction and testing.
'Toolbox Talks' are all integral part of our culture and are processed as new operations appear or existing arrangements appear to require attention, to maintain our operatives focus.
