The Havering Fencing Company is committed to protecting your privacy.

Information that you supply is held securely and strict I.T. procedures are followed to prevent unauthorised access. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

• We will not email you in the future for marketing.
• We will collect information about you for three reasons:
  1. To process your order
  2. To provide you with the best possible service
  3. To process invoices and payments

The type of information that we will collect about you includes:

• Your name, Your company or trading name
• C. I. S. details and VAT registration, insurance particulars
• Your address
• Telephone / Fax number
• Email address
• Credit / debit card, and or bank details, including necessary details for BACS payments

We will never collect information about you unless it is agreed that it is required for our business transaction and accounting purposes. You can see a copy of the data that we hold about you by emailing us and requesting to see your data.

Privacy

We will take all reasonable care within our control to keep the details of your order and / or payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if an unauthorised third party accesses any data you provide.

It is your responsibility to protect your account details from misuse. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of your failure to protect your password or account details.
